Registration & Counseling
A couple stepping into our center is initially registered for
counseling of the problem. The counseling is aimed to educate
the couple about their cause of their infertility. Our doctor
tries to address both the human and the scientific aspects of
it. For treatment of infertility problems, counseling is the
integral part and mandatory. A lot of time is spent with patient
and all different options available to them for treatment of
their problem are discussed and transparency is maintained
through out the process. Our doctors offer regular talks giving
information on all aspects of treatment. We have also attempted
to network obstetricians and gynecologist of Indian origin
around the world to answer professional and patient queries free
of cost through the SISAB bulletin board (society of Indian
scientists abroad).

What after counseling?
INVESTIGATIONS:
The essence of management of infertility problem is proper
investigations. Our centre offers quality investigation for the
couple, using advanced scientific and analytic tools.
Even a simple but most important, semenogram is done by using
MAKLER CHAMBER system USA, which is more authentic and accurate
system to carry out this study. Ours is the only center in the
valley to use this system before it comes first! For specialized
laboratory investigations we have tied up with Speciality
Ranbaxy limited, Mumbai, the only reference laboratory in India
which has international acceptance. The reports are tracked on
internet for immediate availability for patient convenience.
Similarly, pelvic sonography is done by the latest digital
endovaginal ultrasound which is pc compatible and has an option
to make recording of ultrasound study. This system is also
applied in ovulation monitoring and ovum aspiration during ovum
pickups of IVF procedures. Other tests like HSG, Pap smear
examination, post coital test, sperm survival test, etc are
carried out with highest precision!

What after investigations?
DIAGNOSIS:
After the basic work-up and investigations, the cause of
infertility is tried to be established. This is helped by
“Telediagnosis” in which all the investigations and case summary
is transpired to the experts of ROTUNDA, Mumbai, especially Dr
Gautam N. Allahbadia for their expert opinion and advice.

What after diagnosis?
TREATMENT:
A specialized treatment is extended to patients in the form of
medical or surgical correction by Dr Gautam N. Allahbadia and
his team from Mumbai. Besides routine clinical treatment, a wide
spectrum treatment procedures like Gonadotropin cycles,
minimally invasive ultrasound guided procedures, artificial
insemination, semen processing, intra uterine insemination
(IUI), in-vitro fertilization (IVF), embryo freezing, Oocyte
donor program, etc can be availed by the couples for their long
